In 2012 God tapped Brenda on the shoulder and prompted her to step out on faith and put together a women’s conference. Brenda called Susan Wehba, also prompted by God, and she courageously and fearlessly said “YES.” Kathleen Cooke caught the vision as well and also said “YES.” Thus the Ascend Conference was born.
